Aesthetic Surgery Procedure
Reshapes and contours the nose allowing for improved nose and creating balance among facial features. May address deformities secondary to trauma or hereditary traits.
Technique
Incisions hidden at the alar rim allow access to place silicon/goretex implant or cartilage to augment the nasal bridge and nasal tip. This may include shaping of the nasal tip, nostril size, alarm trimming and improving the angle between the nose and upper lip.
Generally performed as an outpatient procedure under local anesthesia with sedation.
Results
Swelling will subside in 1-2 weeks with continued refinement for 1-3 months
